Discount Network Terms of Purchase and Membership
DE Services, LLC (“us” or “we”) owns and operates www.DiscountNetwork.com (the “Site”). By signing up for the Discount Network 14-Day Trial Membership, you agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Program Fees
When you sign up for a Discount Network 14-day trial membership, we will immediately bill a $1.95 Activation Fee to the credit or debit card you provided on sign-up. If you cancel before the end of your 14-day trial, you will not be charged anything more than your $1.95 Activation Fee. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, you will be billed the $39.95 Discount Network Membership Fee at the end of the trial, and each month thereafter on approximately the same day of the month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling us toll-free at 1-800-706-1702.

WE PROVIDE THE SITE, AND ALL LISTINGS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON THE SITE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Our Liability
Your exclusive remedy and our entire liability, if any, for any claims arising of your purchase and your use of this site shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the services on the site during the one month period before the act giving rise to the liability.
These warranties exclude all special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our Company and its affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever including but not limited to loss of business profits, loss of service, business interruption, or other losses. Our Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement to thirty days.
By providing the Site, we do not give legal, financial or accounting advice, and expressly disclaim any information that may be construed as such.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. AS A RESULT, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Legal Forum, Choice of Laws
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and federal courts having jurisdiction over Los Angeles, California.
Data and Privacy
By agreeing to these Terms of Membership and signing up for our free offer, you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy, located at: http://www.DiscountNetwork.com/signup_static/pop_files/ab_privacy.html.
As part of our Privacy Policy, we may share your personal information with third parties, including for marketing purposes.
You agree that that all information and/or data submitted when signing up is true and accurate. You also agree that you will update this information to keep it accurate.

We shall not be liable for any third-party goods or services offered or linked to through the Site. Such sites may contain materials that you may not approve of and/or find offensive. Third-party sites are not under our control and you agree that we are not liable or responsible for the content on other sites. You agree that we are not responsible for any aspect of these sites.
International Customers
This site may be accessible throughout the world, however we make no representation that materials on the Site are available for use outside the United States. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with any local and international laws. This offer is void where prohibited.
